Splits Stretch Charts 
Hang these posters on the wall for an easy reference during your at-home practice sessions. Available for each level, these guides outline each stretch sequence and provide a description of how to execute them properly.

Zero to 180° contains one stretch chart for each level of difficulty. This will allow you to progressively increase your range of movement in designated muscle groups as you advance through each level. 

Contained in the bottom right corner of each stretch chart is a splits depth reference. This is designed to give an indication of your splits depth when completing the split hold at the end of your stretch series. 

Are you consistently reaching the required depth on your split hold? It's time to unlock the next level!
Stretch Series
Out and about with a few moments to spare? These visual, on-the-go resources show you how each stretch should look when done correctly. A quick reference for your required sequence, move fast through your practice and on to the rest of your day.

Each level contains a variety of stretch series that you can instantly download and  put into action. These stretch series contain 6-10 stretches, between 60-90 seconds in length. They will only contain the stretches of your current level. Choose from a range of stretch series especially designed to target your areas of focus. Tight hamstrings? No problem, select the 'Beginner', 'Intermediate' or 'Advanced' Hamstrings stretch series to focus on that area. 

Ebooks for Levels
The body is complex! With so many different muscles, tendons and bones you're going to need to learn the basics. Have you ever tried stretching a particular muscle only to feel it in a completely different part of the body? Take the guesswork out of each stretch with these detailed descriptions.

Available for each level, these eBooks outline proper technique, which muscle groups are being targeted with each stretch, and exactly how you should (and shouldn’t!) feel while practising.

Also included in each of the books is a detailed progress tracker. Mark off each stretching session using our progress calendar and ensure you stay focused on the end goal: getting into those beautiful flat splits!
